Smokin’ Pork Chops

6 Pork Chops (1/2″-3/4″ thick)
1 Lemon
1 Cup of Smokin’ Grill Sauce

Brown chops in skillet. Place in a baking pan. Slice lemon about 1/4″ thick. Place a slice on top of each pork chop. Pour sauce over lemon and chops.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Remove and serve.

Dave & Bill’s Fast and Easy Week-end BBQ Sandwiches

Aprox. 6 lbs. of roast
1 jar of Smokin’ Grill Sauce

Meat: Prok, Beef, & Chicken put in a small roasting container, cook at 200-250 degrees in oven until meat separates easily with fork. Pour off fat and juices, remove bone and gristle. Shred meat and mix with sauce. Serve on oven toasted buns.

Dave & David’s Not so Fast but Easy BBQ

Aprox. 4-5 lbs. Roast, 1, 18 oz. jar of Ky’s Smokin’ Grill Sauce.

Put thawed pork, chicken, turkey, or wild game ina crock pot on med. heat. Add 1/2 cup water.Let it slow cook until the bones can be removed from meat easily. Remove bones, drain fat and juice.After draining add Ky’s Smokin’ Grill Sauce while stirring with fork.We use boston butt pork roast, a prime cut of meat is not recommended for slow cook BBQ (Use prime cuts for fast grillin’)

Mustard Ideas

Mix 1 tsp. Smokin’ Grill mustard with a small bowl of sour cream for a spicy pretzel or chip dip.

Add a little mustard to your baked beans to liven them up!

Mix 1 tsp. of Smokin’ Grill mustard with 5 Tbsp of mayonnaise. Spread over top of fish fillet, wrap in aluminum foil and broil in oven until done.

.If you can’t get it hot enough’ dip it straight from the jar!

BBQ Sauce Ideas

Mix 3 small cans of Baked Beans with 1/2 cup of Smokin’ Grill Sauce and cook per instructions.

Spread on pizza for a smoked BBQ flavor or Use as a chip dip by itself or mix with diced tomatoes and green peppers for a salsa style sauce.
